Privacy notice

This notice explains what data this site collects, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights. It's written in plain language on purpose. The final version will be adapted to each country where we operate (for example, CCPA/CPRA-style rights for US visitors and PIPEDA in Canada).

Who is responsible

Lattice Digital is responsible for your data. Our legal name, address and privacy contact will be published here before launch.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form:

  • Name and email (required).
  • Company, phone or WhatsApp, company size, timeline and approximate budget (optional).
  • Your interests, your message, the page language and the chapter you wrote from.
  • The list of sections you explored (the "keyring"), only if you send the form.
  • Your consent, with a timestamp.

What we use it for

To answer your request and prepare a proposal. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. If we ever want to send you news, we'll ask for separate consent.

Where it is stored

Messages are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (a D1 database) as a safe buffer until someone on the team handles them. Later they'll flow into a CRM; this notice will name it before that happens.

The form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile looks at technical browser signals and doesn't use advertising cookies.

Cookieless measurement

When enabled, visit measurement will be cookieless and free of personal data (Cloudflare Web Analytics and anonymous events such as "reached the Jacobo chapter"). We never record what you type into the demos.

Jacobo and the microphone

Today Jacobo's demo doesn't use the microphone: it runs on buttons and a written palette processed in your browser. When voice arrives, recognition will be handled by your browser; in some browsers, Google's or Apple's speech service may process the audio. Lattice Digital will never receive audio or transcripts.

What stays in your browser

The demos (the watermark, the lens, the deed to your code) run only in your browser: what you type there isn't sent anywhere. We keep a few preferences in your browser's local storage, which you can clear at any time:

  • lattice:quality, lattice:calma, lattice:transparencia, lattice:subtitulos, lattice:sonido, lattice:atajos: your film preferences.
  • lattice:jacobo:adaptacion: the density and size you asked Jacobo for in his views.
  • lattice:llavero: which sections you explored, to pre-tick your interests in the form.
  • lattice:nodo: whether you already sent a message (your node lit in the credits).
  • lattice:jacobo:tutorial:v2: whether you finished (or skipped) Jacobo's tutorial.
  • For the session only (sessionStorage): lattice:ambiente (the day or night mode you asked Jacobo for), lattice:narrador (subtitles seen) and lattice:empresa (the name you typed in the deed to your code, only if you pressed "Take the keys").

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, and withdraw your consent. The contact channel and response times will be published here. We keep data only as long as needed to handle your request.

Changes

If this notice changes, we'll publish the new version on this page with its date.
